Refund Eligibility

Who Qualifies

At VVikram Singh - OTOECOM (operated by Mittix AlgoTech LLP), we offer limited refund eligibility for our online courses purchased from vvikramsingh.com. To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have completed less than 5% of the total course content (live classes attended or recordings watched).
  • You have not downloaded course resources, templates, or proprietary materials.
  • The course you purchased is eligible for refunds (see Section 02 for non-refundable items).
  • The request includes a valid reason, your order ID, and proof of purchase.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of our team based on the conditions above and verification of your course engagement.

Non-Refundable Items

What's Final Sale

The following purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Lifetime Access Plans — once enrolled, lifetime course access is non-refundable.
  • Courses purchased under special discount offers, sales, or promotional pricing (e.g., 50% off, Black Friday, Diwali sale).
  • Courses where more than 5% of content has been consumed (live class attendance or recording views).
  • Account management services or one-on-one consulting sessions already delivered.
  • Custom-built training programs and corporate workshops booked through us.
  • Digital downloads, templates, ebooks, or proprietary tools accessed.
  • Community access fees and certification charges.
  • Bundled course packages where any individual component has been started.
Once you enroll into a lifetime access plan or discounted course, refund is not possible. Please review course details carefully before purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step Process

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email UsSend a detailed email to hello@otoecom.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]" within the 7-day eligibility window.
  2. Include Required InformationProvide your full name, registered email, course name, order ID, payment date, payment method, and the specific reason for your refund request.
  3. Verification by Our TeamOur team will verify your eligibility within 3 business days, including course progress check and payment validation.
  4. Approval & ProcessingOnce approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with the transaction reference.
  5. Account Access RemovalCourse access will be revoked from your account once the refund is initiated. Any downloaded materials must be deleted.

Sec 04

Refund Process & Timeline

When You'll Get Money Back

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timelines depend on the payment channel used:

UPI / Wallet
3-5 business days from approval to your linked bank account or wallet balance.
Credit / Debit Card
7-10 business days as per the issuing bank's settlement cycle.
Net Banking
5-7 business days directly to your bank account.
EMI Plans
10-14 business days — the EMI plan will be cancelled and refund credited.
International Cards
10-15 business days due to additional currency conversion checks.

If the refund is not credited within the specified timeline, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us with the transaction reference.

Sec 05

Partial Refunds

Bundled Packages

For bundled course packages where you wish to refund only part of the bundle, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The unused course components must have zero progress (no live classes attended, no recordings viewed).
  • The refund request is made within the 7-day eligibility window.
  • The bundle discount applied to the package will be removed — refunded amount = (course price at the time of purchase) − (bundle discount allocated to that component).
  • If the remaining course value after refund is less than 5% of the original bundle, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.

Partial refunds are calculated case-by-case and approved at our discretion.

Sec 06

Course Cancellation by Us

Our Responsibility

In rare cases, OTOECOM may need to cancel a live batch or training program due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability, technical failures, or other operational issues.

In such cases:

  • You will receive full notification via email and WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance (when possible).
  • You will be offered the option to switch to the next available batch at no additional cost.
  • If you choose not to wait, you are entitled to a 100% full refund regardless of the standard refund window.
  • Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Any expenses incurred by you (additional internet, devices, etc.) are not reimbursable.
Sec 07

Payment Method & Currency

Original Channel Only

All refunds are processed to the same payment method and currency used at the time of original purchase. We cannot:

  • Transfer refunds to a different bank account, card, or UPI ID other than the one used for purchase.
  • Issue refunds in cash or via bank transfer to third parties.
  • Convert refund currency — international purchases are refunded in the same currency.
  • Adjust refunds against future course purchases unless you specifically request store credit.

If your original payment card or account is no longer active, we will work with you to find an alternative compliant resolution.

Sec 08

Failed & Duplicate Payments

Auto Refund Cases

If you encounter any of the following scenarios, refunds are automatic and unconditional:

  • Failed Transactions: Payment was deducted from your account but the course was not activated. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Duplicate Payments: Multiple deductions for the same course due to network errors. The extra amount is refunded within 7-10 business days.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you notice a charge you did not authorize, contact us immediately at hello@otoecom.com with details.
  • Pricing Errors: If a course was charged at an incorrect price due to a website error, the difference will be refunded.

For automatic refunds, you do not need to fulfill the 7-day eligibility window or course progress conditions.

Sec 09

Dispute Resolution

If You're Unhappy

We aim to resolve all refund concerns amicably and quickly. If your refund request is denied or you disagree with our decision, you can:

  • Request a Review: Email hello@otoecom.com with subject "Refund Review — [Order ID]" and we will reconsider within 5 business days.
  • Escalate Internally: If still unresolved, request escalation to our senior team for final review.
  • Mediation: All disputes are subject to mediation in good faith before any legal action.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We strongly discourage filing chargebacks with your bank before contacting us. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and ineligibility for future enrollments.

Changes Over Time

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
  • Material changes will be posted prominently on our website homepage.
  • Existing enrolled learners will be notified via email about significant changes.
  • Changes apply to future purchases only — refunds for past purchases follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Continued use of our services after policy updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
